At Keystone Mobility, we strive not to let anyone go away disappointed. While some of the equipment that is brought to us is no longer serviceable due to age or parts availability, we are continually expanding our base of service through relationships with manufacturers. We are an authorized repair facility for Pride (Jazzy), Invacare, Permobil, Sunrise Medical, Medline, Freedom Lift, Graham-Field, Golden Technologies, Merits, Electric Mobility (Rascal), Pace Saver, Hoverround, and Bruno, among many others.

Fee Schedule

Our hourly rate is $55/hr, which, we understand, is significantly lower than other medical supply companies.

Shop: Fees for service calls taken at the shop are prorated based on quarter-hour segments based on actual time of repair.

Mobile Shop: Fees for service calls "on-the-road" are based on a minimum one (1) hour service time plus a travel expense designed to cover the expenses related to the mobile shop.

Emergency Call: Should an "after hours" emergency call be requested, an additional $30 fee may be assessed at the time of service. This is a one-time assessment. The standard $55/hour service rate will be applied with a one (1) hour minimum.

Exceptions: Batteries purchased from Keystone Mobility are installed with no additional service fee. Travel fees, when applicable, will be charged.

Shipping Parts/Accessories

We are pleased to ship replacement parts and accessories for your equipment. Please email us at PartsOrder@KeystoneMobility.com with your request. Be sure to include the Manufacturer's Name, Model Name/Number, Serial # of Unit, and Part # or description of part. Certain parts will require a nominal shipping fee added. We will inform you when this is needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Some manufacturer's require that replacement parts (not accessories) be installed by an authorized service technician. Violation of this could result in the voiding of the manufacturer's warranty.

Repair Warranties

All of our service work is warranted for 30 days. This warranty includes labor and travel. New parts are warranted for a period specified by the manufacturer. Used parts are also warranted for a 30-day period. Should warranty repair be needed, any additional parts needed and were not replaced during the initial repair will be charged to the customer.

As this web site is developed, we will develop a section focused on helpful hints on how to properly maintain your equipment. This will include FAQ's (frequently asked questions) and an opportunity for you to offer suggestions that others may benefit from.
