From the very beginning, Keystone Mobility's primary focus has been its service to its customers, whether we travel to the home to do a repair or a customer comes to our shop, we make sure they're satisfied, and do whatever else we can to make their lives easier. We maintain 24-hour emergency service for that "after hours" crisis.
Business Operations
Under normal circumstances our mobile services are scheduled throughout the week based on the region being served. Should your needs be urgent, we will do our best to provide service within 24 hours. A call classified as an emergency will be tended to prior to the end of the technician's day.
Parts sold as new carry a 1 year warranty at a minimum, unless otherwise directed by the manufacturer. We do occasionally stock functional used parts. These used parts are sold at no greater than 50% of the original retail price and carry a 30-day warranty. Any used part that malfunctions within the 30-day period will be replaced with either another used part at no additional cost or a new part sold at the difference between that price and listed retail price.
